Tip: To look for singles from a particular set, enter the set code or the set's name! (5HY or quintuplets both work for the search engine for example)
1) Shipping Dates
We ship items every day from Monday-Friday. However, most singles listed on the website are also on display at our shop at Frank and Son Collectible Show, open every Wednesday Saturday and Sunday. For any items that need to be fetched from the shop, they will be shipped as soon as possible.
Example 1: A single ordered Sunday night will be shipped Thursday morning, after we grab it from the shop on Wednesday.
Example 2: A single ordered Sunday during business hours will be shipped Monday, since we are able to grab it immediately at the shop.
Frank and Son Collectible Show business hours (Booth 817):
Wednesday: 3-9pm PST
Saturday: 9-6pm PST
Sunday: 10-5pm PST
2) Conditions of Single Cards
All cards listed on the website are in NM-M condition. We inspect all of our singles thoroughly before entering inventory, so rest assured that you will be receiving NM cards!
3) Return/Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product (such as tampering/ratios), we do not accept returns for any sealed product. Please make sure you are certain of your purchase before submitting your order.
For singles while we do have high standards for the condition of our cards it is still possible that something slips through our QC. If you received a single that is not NM-M condition, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue.
4) Pre-Orders
We cannot accept cancellations on pre-ordered products. Please make sure you are absolutely certain of your purchase before submitting your order.
Pre-Orders are shipped the week of release, no later than release day. Pre-Order pick ups at our shop at Frank and Sons are available starting the weekend of release.
In the very rare case that there are distributor allocations or any issues with securing inventory, we will do our best to fulfill pre-orders on a first come first served basis, and offer refunds for any unfulfilled orders.
5) Shipping Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items
If you order items that are both in-stock and also on pre-order, we will assume that you want everything shipped out simultaneously when everything is available. Likewise, an order with pre-orders for multiple products with different release dates would be shipped out when the latest release is available. Please let us know in the checkout notes or message us if you have any particular requests.
Sealed Booster Box Cases can only be shipped by itself; please submit separate orders for sealed cases and other items! We will contact you if there is an issue with shipping.
6) Inventory Discrepancy
It is possible that we sell an item at our Frank and Sons location and simultaneously sell it online. Alternatively, sometimes inventory counts on the website may be inaccurate. If there are any issues related to inventory discrepancies, we will issue a full refund for all missing items, alongside our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
7) Hold Orders
If you wish to order items but want to have them held for a period of time, to be shipped at a future date with other orders, please e-mail us at tressascollectibles@gmail.com, or message us on Facebook/Instagram. We understand that international shipping is costly, and are more than happy to accommodate hold orders.
